We design logistic solutions for the distribution of spare parts. Our management and delivery service is a dedicated project than does not not involve bundling with other materials and/or groupage. In addition, each customer has an appropriate process in terms of delivery methods and times.

Thanks to the distribution network, Bertani is able to deliver anywhere, in pre-established record times, standardising even the most complex delivery processes.

Efficiency

The transport of spare parts is very delicate and requires a series of precautions such as certain loading and/or unloading procedures to be followed. Our goal is to maintain a high level of loyalty at all delivery points we touch daily, with an insignificant turnover of skilled and process-conscious traveling personnel.

Our staff is highly qualified and trained to provide the best possible service: optimising time, resources and results according to the requirements. For some customers we directly manage inbound-outbound warehouses for advertising and marketing material.

Network

Our company consists of a capillary network that allows us to optimise and manage a good logistic flow all over Italy.

Each region has at least one reference hub, which, combined with a team of qualified personnel assigned to spare parts deliveries, allows us to optimise transport times and delivery processes.

Monitoring

Our customer service, using a tracking system, is able to provide real-time information about problems faced during all phases of our spare parts transport and distribution service and provide prompt information to our customers.

In addition to monitoring deliveries, we also have areas and warehouses, including temporary ones, for the recovery and storage of spare parts and/or materials that require special attention and oversight (such as complete bodies, exhibition stands, boxes to contain lithium batteries, etc.).

Our services

The spare parts sector is one of our main sectors along with car and motorbike transport. It is a challenging sector to deal with, where we have achieved standardisation of processes by minimising transport times and optimising deliveries.

The world of electric vehicles is also growing strongly. This is why our spare parts distribution service also includes the distribution of complete lithium batteries with dedicated vehicles equipped with the necessary P.I.D. and qualified personnel with all the necessary authorisations.

Transportation

We plan and manage the transport of spare parts from the arrival of the part to its delivery to the end customer, looking for the most appropriate and satisfying method, optimising time and resources.

Handling and ventilation

We take charge of and sort spare parts using geolocalised palmtops that certify every step necessary up to final delivery. We transport and distribute spare parts with shuttles to our hubs throughout Italy and dedicated direct tours.

Overnight

We are equipped for ‘overnight’ final delivery, which means by 08:00 am of the following day. This is our strength. Over 82% of deliveries in northern Italy are made overnight. On a national level over 63%. A total of 1300 daily delivery points.

Taxi service

We have a taxi service with dedicated vehicles for emergencies throughout Italy and abroad. We also provide a Second Day Delivery (SDD) service from Monday to Saturday.
